Training

The success of the Wild Noodles system is based upon uniform quality and service being delivered at all levels of operations from each franchised location.  Training is a high priority and we have made a major commitment of time and resources to develop a complete curriculum. New franchisees and store managers participate in our comprehensive Wild Noodles Training Program.  This is full-scale educational experience encompassing classroom study and in-store training with live restaurant operations.  Each franchisee learns how a store is operated in accordance with corporate standards for cleanliness, performance, quality of food, service and operational efficiency.
